Two Indian guys aborad, with little experience, and even less equipment, take a stab cooking parantha (ie. vegetable stuffed pan bread). What’s a weekend but for trying out stuff like this? The parantha (or paratha) can take a variety of fillings, from just mashed potato (aloo paratha) or radish (mooli paratha), to spicy combinations of vegetables. It has to be eaten with a good pickle - some people prefer yogurt. There’s also a variant that uses an egg as a filling. Its more tricky than aloo paratha. We will try to find a demo for that too.
